The JJA is reviving its longstanding tradition of feasting on dim sum -- Chinese small plates -- at Ming Hin Cuisine Lakeshore East, 333 E. Benton Place (in plaza north of Randolph St.) on the last day of the Chicago Jazz Festival, Sunday Sept 6, starting at 10 am (fest performances start at 11:30).
JJA members, colleagues and supporters of jazz-in-the-media are welcome. Register by Thursday, Sept. 3, for $10, and the JJA will pick up the bill.
