2022 JAZZ Awards Nominations Ballot

• There are a lot of categories, and this takes some time. 
• You cannot save entries on your ballot and come back to it, although you can pause while voting, leaving the ballot open to come back to it. Please double-check to make make sure you've voted as you really want to before you submit.
• Be sure to follow the instructions on the ballot and to click "submit" on the last page of the ballot when you have finished voting. YOU MUST ADD YOUR NAME -- IT WILL BE REMOVED BEFORE TABULATIONS.
