My interests in jazz are:
I am interested in all genres of Jazz but my deep work focus is Latin Jazz, especially Jazz in Cuba. I produce and host two monthly radio programs, From the Isle of Music, on the air from the Germany, which features frequent interviews with Jazz musicians in Cuba and the diaspora, and Uncle Bill's Melting Pot, which frequently features jazz from around the world. I also write articles and record reviews, many of which appear in the music website TIMBA.com (but not there exclusively). I have also produced 2 Latin Jazz albums. I have also curated and coproduced various other radio programs with significant jazz content and frequently have jazz artists from around the world as guests on my own shows.
